This bulk consolidation slashes transportation costs by up to 50% and dramatically cuts down on single-use cardboard waste and carbon emissions, satisfying both the CFO and the sustainability director.

Leveraging AI for Smart Post-Return Routing
Once an item is returned, the final hurdle is determining its next destination. Traditional operations default to sending everything back to the primary warehouse, creating massive backlogs and inventory bottlenecks.

Smart returns management platforms leverage AI algorithms to determine the most profitable destination for an item the exact second a customer initiates a return on their phone.
